I'm not sure I'm following your terminology, but your Cellular/Bluetooth module is the telematics (U400a) and is located in your cargo area, left side, along with the compensator (N27a). Your Emergency Call Button (S253a) is wired to your U400a on pins 26, 31 & 50. Your vehicle key works on 315MHz
The battery location in a BMW 320i can typically be found in the engine bay, but may be in the trunk, fender or inside of the vehicle.
